The new WHCC location supports Wheatland Health Systems’ goal of an integrated healthcare system and expands community care to seven additional Florida counties.
Wheatland Health Systems, Inc. announces two milestones for its home health subsidiary, Wheatland Health Community Care: the opening of a new location at 5 W Highbanks Rd, DeBary, FL 32713, and initial accreditation for the Region 4 location by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC). This accreditation confirms that the organization’s policies, processes, and care delivery meet recognized standards for quality and safety.
The DeBary office is now open and accepting patients. Its licensed service area includes Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, St. Johns, and Volusia counties. WHCC offers home health services for pediatric, adult, and senior patients, including skilled nursing, therapy (physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory), medical social work, and home health aide support.
Wheatland Health Systems was established to address one of healthcare’s most persistent challenges: fragmented care. The DeBary expansion furthers our goal of creating a coordinated system that links professional oversight with in-home care.
